Building DevOps culture – I’m a big fan of DevOps culture. I can see many benefits of this approach. Better cooperation, better relations in the team and between teams. It reduces a conflict of interests because we all together play for one goal.

Enhancing development process – my goal is to speed up and enhance development process to reduce time to market. Using automation, we can achieve it. Automation also reduces human factor bugs and allows us to increase repeatability. It is a key part of product quality.

Fitting solution – there is no universal solution for all cases. Each case has to be analyzed separately to identify needs, requirements, and costs. Based on my experience and knowledge, I can find a proper solution.

Knowledge sharing – I love it. Talking with other people is powerful to get knowledge of other technologies and see different points of view. This is the reason I launched the blog, and I’m still going to meet-ups and conferences. We can base on experience of others to create better solutions.
